10 week Training Plan -4- runs (optional 5th/6th) per week, 2 speed specific workouts per week -Pre-Run Warm Up Routine included Perfect for summer base-building, with 3 levels to choose from: Run/walk: athletes newer to running and needing a gentler training plan to prepare to run continuously as cross country season begins Intermediate: athletes running 2-3 miles with ease already, 4-5 times per week Advanced: athletes running 3-4 miles with ease already, 5-6 times per week
