Designed by CPT and certified running coach with the athlete/runner in mind who has fitness equipment such as dumbbells, bands, and stabilizer equipment like yoga balls available, this 8 week strength training plan provides a foundation for athletes and especially runners looking to optimize their running form and performance. Each week includes 3 days of strength training exercises, complete with videos to support movements. Most variance occurs on the 2nd and 3rd workout routines each week.
