In a 90 minute appointment, you can expect the a comprehensive assessment that includes the following: 25 minutes Review of your required Running History Form submission, found on our website Determination of your science-based training paces, to be used during the gait analysis, which you complete on our private studio treadmill Consideration of any pre-existing concerns and questions regarding your running economy, previous injuries, and future performance plans 15-20 minutes A non-running readiness and foundational movement screener complete with additional breakdown screeners as needed 15 minutes Following a prescribed pre-run warm up, completion of 8-15 minutes of running a variety of paces on the treadmill, using the science-based training paces Some immediate feedback regarding running mechanics and live footage taken from the sagittal and posterior views 15 minutes Post-run evaluation and feedback of running footage with recommended action steps, which might include drills, strength-training exercises, referrals, training behavior changes, and more Within 24-48 business days, organized visit notes complete with still images from footage to support recommendations
