This 50-minute consultation is a deep-dive, one-on-one session designed to help you cut through the noise, make sense of your current training and health picture, and leave with a clear, actionable path forward.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, fatigued, confused by conflicting advice, or simply ready to train with more intention, this session meets you exactly where you are.
Each consultation is fully individualized, but may include:
• Training Review
• Current schedule, volume, intensity, and recent patterns
• Race goals, timelines, and long-term sustainability
• Identifying mismatches between effort, recovery, and life stress
• Health & Performance Context
• Energy availability, sleep, stress, and recovery habits
• Hormonal considerations (including perimenopause/menopause when relevant)
• Injury history, niggles, and warning signs we shouldn’t ignore
• Fueling & Hydration Foundations
• Day-to-day fueling adequacy
• During-training fueling and hydration strategies
• Sweat rate, sodium needs, and common mistakes (when applicable)
• Pattern Recognition
• Identifying behaviors that may be limiting progress
• Recognizing under-fueling, overreaching, or chronic “pushing through”
• Separating what feels normal from what’s actually optimal
• Clarity & Direction
